  1. Michael, (Boy715)
Frank Ruffolo here, your old dispatcher from when we were bike messengers. I live in Butte, Montana and Cambodia, where I have a bar run by Russian girls called “Infamata”. Where are you now? I’m digging your vibe. Glad to see you.

    1. Wow! Frank! Ruffalo!

It’s quite freaky, I actually thought about you a few weeks ago, for the first time in years. Not much concrete, just more or less, “That guy was funny, smart, and cool. I wonder what happened to him.” And I don’t believe in supernatural things, so I’m positive it’s just a coincidence that you wrote me. But very groovy.

Just sent you a long email.
There aren’t many people from back then I’d like to talk to again, but you’re alright, man.

  2. Just wanted to thank you for ‘A users manual to the human experience’. I listened to it a few years ago and it helped me recover from the maladaptive lifestyle I had been living. Mostly, by providing a different opinion about ‘the steps’, helped soften some of the rigid ideas, or black and white thinking I had previously been suffering from. Thanks again!

  3. Hi Michael,
I recently got a copy of your book ‘A User’s Manual For The Human Experience’. I’m halfway through, really enjoying it, fully appreciate your delivery and opinions. Straight talkers are what I personally need and you are exactly that and more. Thought I would jump online to explore your other work.
    Thank you, Angelina – UK.
